I ordered this because I like the idea of being able to keep up with my weight loss or gain. This Ozeri Digital Scale holds up to 8 different profile users. It stores your height, weight, and BMI (Body Mass Index) in your profile. It's easy to set up a user profile by hitting set before stepping on it and then placing your height by using the arrow buttons then set, and then finally stepping on the scale so it can log your weight. Once everything is logged in when you're ready to weigh again it will recognize your weight and let you know if you have loss or gained by showing a red screen with a positive pound gain or a green screen with a negative pound loss. Each user profile holds up to your last 30 recorded weights.  

You can also weigh yourself by stepping on the scale and not have it recorded in a profile if you prefer it that way. This scale includes 2 CR2032 Lithium batteries which are already placed inside of the bottom of the scale. It has a 440 lbs weight limit and you can also change the unit of measurement from pounds to kilograms. All in all I like this scale my only complaint was when my husband stepped on the scale his weight was close to mine so it recognized the weight thinking it was me so needless to say when that happens you may have to reset your profile which will delete all stored data in your profile.
