I wanted this because I have an arm cuff blood pressure monitor and it's too tight for my arm so I figured the wrist cuff would fit a lot better. It definitely does fit and work a lot better than my arm cuff for me.This comes with the user manual, carrying case, and 2 AAA batteries. It's easy to place on your wrist yourself so you don't need anyone around to help you with it. It can store up to 180 readings total, 90 per two people with date and time recordings. So, if the doctor wanted you to keep up with your blood pressure this monitor would be perfect for you. All in all this is very easy to use and pretty accurate.
