I wanted this for my husband that gets migraines on a daily basis and can never find anything to work. This is a 30 tablet box that comes in 3 separate packages. The tablets are green and round and not hard to swallow or have too bad of a taste. Dosage is 2 tablets twice a day with water for adults. My husband took this for a few days and it still didn't help his migraines unfortunately. I did take it for my headache one night and it seemed to help, but I noticed I felt a little nausea after so not sure if it was from the headache or the pills since I took them on an empty stomach. It doesn't say anything about taking them with food just water so I'm assuming it probably just depends on the person. This is to help with symptoms of muscular spasm pains and strains, headaches, toothaches, menstrual pains and general rheumatism, and migraines. They are gentle and safe for even children and pregnant women to use. They aren't bad I just wish they would have helped my husband with his migraines so he didn't have to suffer anymore.
