I ordered this 8" frying pan to go with my 12" pan I have by Ozeri that I absolutely love. The best thing about this frying pan is it's non-stick which makes it completely easy to clean. This pan is made of ceramic coating and has no harmful heavy metals or chemicals in it. The pan is scratch-resistant and has like a honeycomb elevated texture that creates air pockets which distribute heat underneath food to enhance cooking. Since it's such a tiny pan it's not heavy at all and has a comfortable silicone handle to hold. Since this is a non-stick frying pan you don't have to use as much oil to keep your food from sticking in the pan. This is great for when you feel like just cooking an egg or something simple just for one person since it's only an 8" pan. My husband used it to fry his bratwurst for lunch and never once stuck to the pan. I really hope this pan doesn't turn out like my 12" inch pan did though and lasts longer.
